<p>BizCloud is billed as a service from our standard rate card - it is purely an operating expense.</p>

<p>CSC owns the hardware and software licenses.</p>

<p>The rate card is based primarily on RAM and varies based on the service tier (bronze through platinum)

There will be a managed service rate card for customers who want CSC to manage their private cloud.</p>

<p>Terms and Pricing</p>

<p>There is a 12 month commitment - discounts for duration of 1-5 years; there are also discounts for volume

the customer also commits to pay for 33% of the capacity of the vBlock that is delivered - this can range from $38 - 50K per month - on average 900RAM for compute and 300 RAM for storage.

BizCloud fees are calculated hourly and billed monthly in arrears</p>

<p>this means that the customer has the additional 66% capacity available for bursting, seasonal peaks and variations in volume from the workloads on BizCloud</p>

<p>Literally - the customer has an Amazon-like  experience relative to elasticity, billed as a service -  in a private cloud behind their firewall.</p>
