Great opportunity via Beth Shaw and the great work her PRTM teams have done at Genentech.

They are walking through the whole business and all its processes to create an IT roadmap that can tie to their 3 year plan (first ever at SFDC). Very similar to what was done with capturing end to end processes at Genentech.

The SFDC processs are organized this way:

Pam Yanchik (ex GNE) - Finance, Employee Success and Legal

Shobi (ex GNE) - Customers for life/SalesMarketing

TBD - IT Architecture and Infrastructure- run internal to IT/ Mobility strategy

Pam asked for 2 people to support her and 2 people to support Shobi. She's looking for Debbie Cote, strong, high-energy, efficient business analyst types - most important skills are ability to facilitate mtgs of VPs/Directors, synthesize findings and recomendations, and develop executive level ppt. Familiarity with the process area is nice to have, but not the highest priority.

If we had people to offer in Mobility strategy/IT architecture thread, we could offer those as well.

First deliverable is May - high-level overview of all processes, their pain points, crisis points, priorities, and rough costs/level of effort to fix. Likely continues over summer and potentially grows or enables other PwC/PRTM opportunities.

I've connected via email with SFDC CRE Dan Mickwee - he's talking with Cornel Nolte (advisory point partner for SFDC) right now. I've also corresponded with Mark McCaffrey via email.
