ICROA

Overview

The International Carbon Reduction and Offset Alliance (ICROA) is an industry body representing carbon management and offset service providers in the voluntary carbon market.

Role

• Promotes best practice in the design and delivery of voluntary carbon management and offsetting services.
• Publishes the ICROA Code of Best Practice, which sets principles for carbon footprinting, target setting, emission reduction, and the use of carbon credits.

Members

• Includes leading climate consultancies and intermediaries such as EcoAct, South Pole, ClimatePartner and others.
