Installed capacity: The installed capacity is different than contractual value on PPA between grid and PP. (installed = 2 X3 MW , PPA = 2 X 2.5 MW, Prior consideration on UNFCCC = 2 X 2.5 MW). This is a gap which would need to be addressed. 2. Early consideration: The project was apparently with Asia Carbon before and does not have enough documentation which we can share with DOE. Even the termination letter from Asia carbon states the reason for termination as high IRR value. The project decision dates back to 2007/2008 with construction starting in July 2008. There is a long period till 2011 when we started interacting with project. So if we have to manage a whole trail of documents (communication between Asia Carbon and PP) for the period 2008 – Jan - 2011, it is a very risky and heavy task Forging documents?
