Overview

The CDM Registry is the registry operated by the UNFCCC Secretariat for the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) under the Kyoto Protocol.

Role

• Issues and tracks Certified Emission Reductions (CERs) for registered CDM projects.
• Historical core of project‑based international carbon credits for compliance markets; relevant legacy infrastructure as carbon markets transition into the Paris Agreement era (Article 6).
