ART TREES (Architecture for REDD+ Transactions – The REDD+ Environmental Excellence Standard) is a jurisdictional REDD+ standard and registry.

Role

• Issues credits for jurisdictional (national or subnational) REDD+ performance, with strong environmental and social safeguards.
• Used by countries and programmes (e.g., LEAF Coalition) to transact large‑scale forest carbon credits.
