Integrated Interactions

For collaborators to be in a position to contribute the endeavor needs to be sufficient orderly so they can find their way around, even if they’ve just joined the project for a short period after it’s been underway for an extended period of time. I have participated in ongoing projects that lasted years and after a time it seemed there was more time spent bringing new participants up to speed rather than actually making progress on what the project was attempting to address. Perspectives on how to accomplish this have evolved substantially since our first virtual collaboration experiments, which should be evident in the following descriptions.
