Computing Machinery and Intelligence - Turing

Turing believed that someday machines would be able to perform intellectual operations
equivalent to those of an adult human being. His 1950 paper "Computing Machinery and
Intelligence" proposes a test, now known as the Turing Test, that Turing believed would
settle the question of whether machines can think. Turing's work is acknowledged as the
foundation of research in artificial intelligence.
