For the update issue, please try installing the latest Windows build directly from this link:

If you run into another installation issue with this build, please let us know exactly what happens and send a screenshot of any installer message or Windows popup.

It would also help to know:

• What TheBrain 15 version you were updating from when the 15.0.534 update issue happened

• What your previous install location was before it changed to Program Files

• Whether you selected a user only install or system wide install during setup
