This is a more advanced export and integration use case, especially because you need the Brain structure, notes, links, and attachment metadata without necessarily including the binary attachment files.

I’m going to check the current export and API options before giving you a definite answer, because I do not want to incorrectly suggest that the UI or API supports a selective export mode unless it does.
