Hello Jaime,

Created date range search is still supported.

The easiest way is to use Simple mode in Reports:

• Open Reports

• Switch to Simple mode

• Go to More

• Choose Created

• Click Select Date

• Select the start date, then select the end date

That should create a created date range filter for you.

If you are using Advanced mode, the format should be like this:

created:"2026-05-05 2026-05-10"

The first date is the start of the range, and the second date is the end of the range. You do not need to add AND between the dates.

For now, I recommend using Simple mode for date ranges, since it is easier and avoids formatting issues.
