Hi Carolyn

A lot has changed in the last six months and it has become more time consuming and costly to set up a new Ltd Company. Companies House are asking for a lot more information and have also put up their charges.

Therefore my current charge for setting up a new Ltd company with Memo & Arts and share certificates is £250 plus VAT.

Most of this goes to the company formation agents that I use.
