Virgin birth

Jesus as man -- the virgin birth was essential:

A baby's blood comes from the father, not the mother. That's why paternity tests work to establish paternity but not maternity. It is not uncommon for a fetus to have a different blood type than the mother; but its blood will be identical to his father.

Because and only because of his virgin origins, Jesus had genetics from Mary, but not from Joseph. His blood and its genetic underpinnings/origins was a direct creation from God through the agency of the overshadowing Holy Spirit.

Thus the blood He shed, representing the perfect life He led, was perfectly Divine.

The body He inhabited, coming from Mary and her genetic pool, was human.

Jesus was and is indeed, even physically, the "God-man".
