God has not allowed translation differences to be significant

Though scholars understand the only Scriptures to be purely and wholly inspired were the originals, they observe God preserved their message over time through translations in various languages. Though translation differences exist, none of them pose a significant difference or disagreement in the messages.

For example, in Ps 145.13 several English translations contain text not in the original Hebrew, yet the message conveyed by that text does appear in the Hebrew four verses later, in Ps 145.17. Below, the text not in the Hebrew is in boldface type

Psalm 145:13 (ESV)

13Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures throughout all generations. The LORD is faithful in all his words and kind in all his works.

Psalm 145:17 (ESV)

17The LORD is righteous in all his ways and kind in all his works.
