Humility empowered by security

When one is insecure; when one's well-being and value is dependent on what he can "get" for himself, then he must fight and strive to gain it. On the contrary, when one's security, including one's value or worth as a person, is established and maintained by the highest power, God Himself, then one need not strive to gain or maintain it. In that happy situation, one can be humble, and one should be humble in recognition of benefiting from the goodness and grace of God.
