This is due in part to the fact that</font></div><div><font face="Times New Roman" size="4" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">this Court's order allowing the Montana Commissioner of Political Practices</font></div><div><font face="Times New Roman" size="4" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">to distribute publicly WTP's financial and other information, which included</font></div><div><font face="Times New Roman" size="4" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">the distribution of donor information, has severely harmed WTP's ability to</font></div><div><font face="Times New Roman" size="4" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">fundraise and has adversely impacted relationships with prior donors.</font></div><div><font face="Times New Roman" size="4">

The flyers were paid for a PAC.</span></font></div><div><font face="Times New Roman" size="4" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">CEE, made up of persons associated with WTP, which the creation of such</font></div><div><font face="Times New Roman" size="4" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">
