Chase Koch is Executive Vice President of Koch, Inc., where he originates new opportunities and preferred partnerships for the company. He is particularly focused on helping technology-driven and family-owned businesses unlock their potential through the “Koch as a Lab” model and mutually beneficial, flexible capital solutions. He also founded Koch Disruptive Technologies, an investment firm that partners with principled entrepreneurs building companies with the potential to transform industries.
Chase is the co-author of "Becoming a Principle-Driven Leader: 41 Principles to Build an Enduring Business", written with his father, Charles Koch. Drawing on more than six decades of experimentation, failure, and continual learning, the book shares the proven principles that fueled Koch’s long-term growth and evolution. Through real-world business and personal stories, it offers a practical framework for turning obstacles into opportunities and empowering others to achieve enduring success.
Chase began working at Koch at age 15, shoveling manure and digging post holes at a cattle feed yard in Syracuse, Kansas. He later spent a decade in leadership roles at Koch Fertilizer, eventually becoming President of the business, and went on to serve as Executive Vice President of Koch Agronomic Services, LLC, before founding Koch Disruptive Technologies.
He is deeply involved with Stand Together, a philanthropic community focused on transforming how society addresses its biggest challenges. As Founder and Chairman of Stand Together Ventures, Chase partners with business leaders developing innovative solutions to societal problems. He also founded Stand Together Music, which unites leaders across music, sports, entertainment, and media to drive cultural change around issues such as addiction, criminal justice, and poverty.
Chase currently serves on the boards of Koch, the Charles Koch Foundation, and Stand Together Trust.
