Assessment of anti-amyloid therapy effectiveness may relate to the following five domains:

• Cognitive status
• Functional status
• Neuropsychiatric status
• Social/occupational and financial/legal outcomes
• Quality of Life

In future updates of this algorithm, a more detailed treatment of these domains, applicable to all aspects of dementia treatment, will be developed.
