Forest Ridge Park
A park are originally covering Forest Ridge, a spur of highground going from near the Univerity, down into the North Bend area. The main trail through the park was eventually extended via the Redwood Connector project, liming the campus first to Glenwood, via a long trail through neighborhoods and public lands, and then on again to the main unit of Redwood Basin. It is a very popular trail for day backpackers, and recently added a parallel trail for mountain bikes.
