Shrine

A converted church which is now a multi-faith community center. Built overlooking the water on the cliffs, it was converted from a church after the devastating earthquakes in the 70's, and is now used as a place for many different people to come together and share community events. It is particularly popular with surfers and boaters to come and pay respect to their colleagues who have passed, or who died on the water, as there is a memorial statue across the street from it.
