Kasen

One of the highest-rated restaurants in Santa Reyes. The name means "Rivers", and is one of Yuriko and Kaia's favorite restaurants. It specializes in sushi and also "raw bar" items. Located inside the garden level of the Tradewinds Hotel.

It is a room of many interconnected pools, with water features. Visitors sit in the pools and their orders come on floating boats, or via the boat conveyor. There is also a swim-up bar where visitors can sit and watch the chefs at work.

The food is mostly sushi and sashimi, but also has other raw fish dishes from around the world. (Tuna/salmon tartare, fish carpaccio, poké, ceviche, seared, lox/cured/smoked, tinned fish)
