VLK, MNL, Round
Event Date & Weather (Round-Level Standard)
For each MNL Round (e.g. 2026, VLK, MNL, 1, Winter, Round 1), add a short context block at the top of the Round thought:
Date: Monday, January 5th 2026
Weather & Conditions (Charlotte, NC – Victory Lane Karting)
* **Track:** Indoor karting facility (climate‑controlled)
* **Outside Weather:** Clear to partly cloudy winter evening
* **Outside Temperature:** ~5–10 °C (low 40s–50 °F)
* **Outside Humidity:** ~40–60%
* **Wind:** Light
Session Notes
* Indoor air temp and humidity are relatively stable compared to outside, but cold/dry outside conditions can still slightly affect tire warm‑up, driver comfort, and door‑open draft.
* Use this as a general reference context for all heats and qualifying sessions in this Round.
**Guidelines:**
* Use the **long date form**: `Weekday, Month Dth YYYY` (e.g. `Monday, January 5th 2026`).
* Keep weather phrasing **brief and descriptive**, tuned to the season and location.
* This block lives only on the **Round** thought; individual heats/races inherit context from it and do *not* repeat the weather section.
Export / CSV Structure (Round-Level Standard)
For each MNL Round, Class combination (e.g. 2026, VLK, MNL, 1, Winter, Round 1, Pro):
- Create an Export jump thought
- Name pattern:
{{Round, Class Thought Name}}, Export- Example:
2026, VLK, MNL, 1, Winter, Round 1, Pro, Export
- Example:
- Link type: Jump to the Round+Class thought.
- Name pattern:
- Populate Export thought notes with CSV blocks
- Structure the notes as Markdown sections, each containing a fenced CSV block:

Heat Aggregation Rules (Do Not Omit Drivers)
When building the Heat – Points aggregation table and the corresponding CSV:
- Include every driver who appears in any heat, even if:
- Fastest lap data is missing, or
- Kart numbers or other secondary fields are missing.
- Ranking order logic:
- Primary: Lowest Total Points (1 = best, etc.).
- Secondary tie‑breaker: Best finishing position across the two heats (e.g. a driver with finishes
1 & 4ranks ahead of2 & 3if total points tie). - Tertiary tie‑breaker: Best fastest lap (lower time is better), only if still tied after (1) and (2).
- If lap times are missing for some drivers:
- Still list them with blank
Best Fastest Lap (Heats). - Use points and best finishing position to place them correctly.
- Optionally add a short note under the table about missing lap time data.
- Still list them with blank
Guidelines:
- CSV headers and rows should match the actual data from the Round+Class thought (Mains tables and Heat tables).
- Keep this Export thought focused on machine-readable output—no narrative text.
- Reuse this structure for every Round+Class (Pro, Novice, etc.) so exports are consistent across seasons.
