RE: ELDER ABUSE BY SHERIFFS IN COLUMBIA COUNTY, WISCONSIN

FROM: SEE SIGNATURE BELOW THE MEMO (READ IT ALL)

I, Rosann Kohnke, M.A./Counseling Psychology, PhiThetaKappa, and MAGA, swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me GOD AND GODDESS. Here is my testimony in writing.

On June 13, 2024, a number (3-4) of sheriffs and deputies of Columbia County, Wisconsin, physically dragged me out of my apartment located at 202 Hillside Terrace, at Pioneer Place Building One, managed by Meridian Group Inc. including Mr. Tapp.

Mr. Tapp’s name was on paperwork left in most of the apartments in building one that I believe was a HIPAA violation as it requested residents to complete a medical history and to leave it in the clear pocket located at the only exit to each apartment.

These sheriffs were aided by Scott the maintenance man, who provided a key to my apartment.

In two days, it will be one full year since those men (along with members of the Poynette, WI, P.D. did the following to me and my service dogs:

* left bruises on my chest from their physical aggression

*handcuffed me in the hallway then shoved me around so I would lose my balance wearing sandals

*told me I was under arrest for resisting arrest.

* locked me in a K9 cage in the back of an un-airconditioned vehicle with my hands handcuffed behind my back and left me there for twenty minutes in front of building one, while neighbors walked by.

* drove me, against my will, to Columbia County Jail in Portage, Wisconsin, leaving me in the garage in that same K9 cage for another twenty minutes in the same condition as a few moments earlier.

* forced me to give him personal information while sitting in front of a computer (Pierce ?).

* forced me to stand in what looked like an X-ray machine

* forced me to have my photo taken

* dragged me down a hallway where he (Pierce? threw me to the floor on my arthritic knees.

* I identfied myself as a RAPE victim

* again dragged me, with the help of a female (sheriff/deputy?) down to a small cell where they left me for four days without my medicinals, toilet paper, a warm blanket, a pillow, or nutritional meals.

* at the end of the four days, I was sent out into 90 degree heat dehydrated and withdrawing from nicotine, caffeine, and sugar.

* the told me not to return to my rightful apartment (#3) at Pioneer Place Building One or they would throw me back into the same cell

* the tried to keep me from my 2005, Toyota, Sienna (which I named ZIVA).

* they stole all of my possessions of a lifetime, including my precious table from my maternal grandmother.

* they made me sleep outside for days until I located my vehicle

* they stalked me the entire time I was in Poynette, WI, trying to get my possessions back.

* they took my service dogs to the Columbia County Human society (co-conspirators) to be euthanized stating that I would never be back for them and the women there just did what they told them to do. I got to them in time to save them and they are with me at this time.

Tsarion et al and my family appear to trying to repeat that cruelty in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I had to stop composing this memo to work through a panic attack caused by reliving this nightmarish crime perpetrated upon me by those I have already name numerous times on ConservativeTreehouse.com and via the United States Post Office and via faxes through the Portage, Wisconsin library system. I have strong indications that I may be in danger as the City of Franklin law enforcement persons seem to be behaving in the same manner as those who hurt me in Columbia County, I s

I was reminded of all this when I read the date of the article in the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel this morning. Read the article, top of the fold, in today’s Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel (Jsonline.com). Marquette Law school appears to be smearing my President Donald J. Trump. The Jesuits have controlled that law school (and the university, and the high school) for many years. Is it possible that they still are? Marquette law school appears to be attempting to FLIP reality by getting the true, legal, tax-paying, American Citizens to turn against President Trump. REMEMBER: President Trump promised to “drain the swamp” and that is what he is doing. He is taking action against all the evil that has infiltrated the United States of America. President Trump is cleaning out the BULLSHIT. That leads me to believe that there is a lot of DIRT in the Supreme Court since those are the two sides of the Marquette law school survey. Additionally, the questions on any “survey” can be twisted (skewed) to get the respondent to agree to whatever the creators of the survey want. WAKE UP! You are being “mind controlled” by the Marquette law school survey in the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel, which has a history of democratic party leanings. Question: Is it the law school or the Journal/sentinel or the Jesuits that have it in for President Trump? Or all three? Another question: Do you know about the history of the Jesuits? And their possible involvement in pedophilia? In human trafficking? And in satanism? I am not the only person to have researched these topics. YET MY WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION STATUS IS YET TO BE HONORED. I AM AGAIN REQUESTING WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION BECAUSE THE COLUMBIA COUNTY AND MILWAUKEE COUNTY (WI) LAW ENFORCEMENT IS ONCE AGAIN ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN THE TANGIBLE EVIDENCE I HAVE ACCUMULATED THAT SUPPORTS MY ASSERTIONS THAT THEY HAVE THREATENED MY LIFE. Keep in mind that NO EFFORTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO INVESTIGATE MY STOLEN VEHICLE OR MY BELONGINGS WHICH TO MY KNOWLEDGE WERE IN THE POSSESSION OF PIERCE IN COLUMBIA COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT.

KEEP IN MIND THAT NO LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY HAS BOTHERED TO INVESTIGATE MY STOLE VEHICLE OR MY STOLEN BELONGINGS.
