ADDITIONALLY, SINCE THE PEOPLE WHO GANG RAPED ME INCLUDED NUMEROUS UNIFORMED POLICE AND SHERIFFS FROM SEVERAL COUNTIES IN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, DO NOT CALL THEM AS A MEANS TO PASS THE BUCK/RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSIST ME IN ANY WAY. on to my memo of 12.17.2024:

I now have in my possession a ream of printed evidence (and in digital format) that I AM being denied HUD Section 8 Housing for the Elderly. I also have in my possession a letter from Kim Theel, Certified Occupancy Specialist (what the hell is that?) at Ridgewood/Westridge Apartments, 7901 West Glenbrook Road, Milwaukee, WI 53223 (414/355-5027 or fax: 414/365-3370) denying me, as a homeless, raped, and abused Elder, Equal Opportunity Housing because she called, I believe, the people who wrongfully evicted me for a reference! Ridgewood/Westridge Apartments email is: RidgewoodWestridgeapts@gmail.com; I suggest you contact Kim and let her know what you think about her behavior.

The form letter has the following reason checked, it read: “Your previous landlord history did not meet the criteria of the ‘Tenant Selection Plan.’ (I TOLD YOU ALL THAT LANDLORDS WERE PICKING AND CHOOSING WHO TO LET IN!). The letter goes on to read: “If at some future date you feel that your situation has changed sufficiently for you be qualified, please contact us again. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our requirements.” (SO THEY HAVE SEPARATE REQUIREMENTS FROM HUD? HUD LETS THE LANDLORDS PICK AND CHOOSE AND GET INTO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? WTF?). Despite the clearly indicated icon for the Equal Opportunity Housing on their letterhead, the letter also indicated that that Ridgewood/Westridge does not discriminate on the basis of “national origin” (I TOLD YOU THIS WOULD BE AN ISSUE FOR ELDERS SEEKING HOUSING). Can you say, “illegal aliens” ??? I told her that I was wrongfully evicted by Meridian Group Inc/Pioneer Place Building One, raped, and robbed and she denied me anyway. (OH SHE DID ATTACH SOME INFORMATION REGARDING: VAWA...LOOK IT UP).

Is this the current practice for subsidized HUD housing? Pawn off your responsibilities to people who don’t have a clue? Why should any landlord know the private information related to a potential resident? What happened to HIPAA? Isn’t there something called the privacy ACT? And what is this government program called “Mystic” which is codeword for “mass surveilance” of, in my opinion, the American Citizens? Before I forget, I also visited and spoke briefly with the director of Harbour Village in Greendale, WI which was a place that I thought I could live. Instead, she informed me that they charge over $3000.00 per month which covers additional services which may or not even be necessary! Can you believe it? Three grand a month for a room and a bath!! What a racket!

My ream of evidence (does not include the additional physical evidence) and now this letter from Kim Theel, all support my truthful claims of: retaliation on a mandated reporter and whistleblower (thanks for nothing senator ron johnson et al); rape (Michael Tsarion et al); kidnapping and identity theft (Adam David Kohnke et al); human experiments (UWHealth/Madison et al); wrongful incarceration and fraudulent court proceedings (Pierce, Jackson, Coleman, Duell, Crary, Spurbeck et al); theft of all of my possessions (all of the above et al); and sheriffs and deputy sheriffs from several Wisconsin counties (they all know who they are). Additionally, my family members have stolen my home in Menomonee Falls, WI at W150N8706 Wheeler Drive, which must be known to the Village Board since I contacted them four time without response from the Village of Menomonee Falls. WTF? I have a home, free and clear, and I AM being forced to be homeless? What’s wrong with this picture?

Perhapps Robert F. Kennedy Jr, and Martin Schreiber should be notified of all this BULLSHIT that exists within HUD and HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, and all the other government entities that I have previously contacted and documented. And what about Willie Hines in the WI Housing Authority? Did you read about him and the mayor in the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel last week?

The most current act of police harassment relates to my STOLEN VEHICLE. I received a citation for “display of unauthorized vehicle registration” on the DEATHTRAP. I was pulled over three previous times without them on but with LAF on front and back windows, trusting that the police would find and return the vehicle (MY SIENNA) that I paid for and meticulously maintained. Instead, it became a case of “BLAME THE VICTIM” AND I AM THE ONE WHO SUFFERS WITH A BILL FOR $161.00, HOMELESSNESS, NO PHONE (THANKS LIFELINE-YOU ASSHOLES), AND THE FUTURE VET BILL FOR Victor who was, I believe, abused at Northwoods Animal Hospital in Minocqua, Wisconsin. WTF?
