AS OF THE DATE OF THIS MEMO, I CONTINUE TO BE THREATENED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT, FAMILY MEMBERS, MERIDIAN GROUP INC, AND MICHAEL TSARION ET AL. I HAVE TANGIBLE EVIDENCE OF SAME AND THEY ALL KNOW WHERE IT IS. YET MY WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION STATUS IS YET TO BE HONORED. I AM NORMALLY REQUESTING WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION BECAUSE THE COLUMBIA COUNTY AND MILWAUKEE COUNTY (WI) LAW ENFORCEMENT IS ONCE AGAIN ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN THE TANGIBLE EVIDENCE I HAVE ACCUMULATED THAT SUPPORTS MY ASSERTIONS THAT THEY HAVE THREATENED MY LIFE.

There is a rumor that I have or will have access to $50 million. AND said funds will only be accessible by me and not by anyone posing as me. Identity theft is a crime with a steep consequence. My bank has been alerted to potential tampering. The above is what I consider my “Signature”…..Here is the body of the MEMO:

This morning after I completed my morning routine of feeding and toileting my service dogs (Oreo who is 11 years old AND Victor who is 10 years old..both of which I rescued as tiny pups), changing clothes, tidying up, etc., Milwaukee County Homeless Outreach staff: Abigail and her supervisor, Beth, showed up outside my vehicle which was legally parked at my safe haven. Both of them know I am currently homeless due to retaliation by Meridian Group Inc,/Pioneer Place Building One staff and residents for reporting them for FRAUD, Elder Abuse, and HIPAA Violations. Additionally, they know that I am also being harassed by local law enforcement and other government agencies for reasons only they know. I suspect they don’t like the fact that I have evidence that supports my assertion that members of law enforcement, my family, and Michael Tsarion and his satanic cult have raped me.

The two staff members approach my vehicle (the “DeathTrap”) in a timid fashion. The closer they got, the louder they go. I told them to go away and not to speak to me (I fired Abigail only a few weeks ago because she did not do anything that I requested as a homeless, 68 year old woman, and retired mental health counselor with 25 years of education and experience, who was wrongfully evicted by Meridian Group Inc (Mr. Tapp) for reporting them. The day I fired her, she grabbed my car door to continue talking to me but I managed to pull it shut and stop listening to her. Apparently, she did not take it well that I fired her. I have informed people in my daily circle of same. I am not afraid to tell the truth or to STAND UP, SPEAK OUT, AND BE HEARD.

I repeatedly told them to go away and not to speak to me but they got closer and closer to my vehicle and louder and louder until they were shouting at my back which I had turned to them. This verbal abuse which contained numerous HIPAA violations (since they shouted out my income level and more within the hearing distance of local workmen) angered me and I told Beth to her face that I would sue her for “derelection of duty” to which she appeared non-chalant and unimpressed. Ultimately, I started my engine and blasted my REBA music. I believe I may have heard one of them call me crazy. Anyone watching and listening to them yell at me would probably say that they were the ones who deserve that description. Finally, the got into their “company vehicle”, most likely paid for by legal American Taxpayers, and drove away.

I was shocked at their unprofessional and uneducated and uncouth behavior. I later shared my horrible experience with my table-mates when I went for my one hot meal of the day as a homeless elder. I am posting this on every social medial site that I can for readers to wake up and recognize that this is happening to me and others (in real time) by VERY EVIL people. I hesitate to even refer to them as people….they have every indication of being psychopaths, in my opinion.
