Code Related to Grounding

Proper grounding is fundamental to electrical system it will be referenced many times and under many codes. For example SPS 316.250, PSC 114.099, PSP 114 and NEC 820.100.

FIBER

While optical fibers are not considered conductive they often have a metallic protective jacket to protect from damage and to aid in cable location underground; this conductor must be grounded per NEC 770.100 in the same way as CATV NEC 820.100.
