Apache JMeter

It is available as open-source on the Java platform. It can also be used as a performance testing tool which is combined with the test plan. The functional test plan is also created by using the load test plan. It can be load the network or server which is used to evaluate the performance and compute its operation under various scenarios. It is implemented to test the web applications but now its scope is extended for many purposes.
