1.    You can make your payment to “paypal@thebrain.com”. Please make sure you enter your Brain account email address in the subject area. I don’t seem to see a previous purchase under this email address: mike@inessenzyo.coach. If you previously purchased a license, please let me know the email address that you purchased with as you will qualify for an upgrade discount.

2.

Your Brains that you created during the trial will still be there after you purchase an upgrade. Once you purchase the upgrade, you can just continue working on your Brains that you created during the trial. If you have any Brains that you created in v8, you will need to import them into TheBrain 11. Let me know if you need instructions on this.

3.

Your license is tied to your email address. Once you have purchased a license and you are logged in with your Brain ID (email address and password) it will recognize the license you purchased.

4.

If you purchase TheBrain Pro Combo license and you are not going to renew your subscription after one year, you will still be able to continue using the Pro features on your desktop of the version that is available at the time of expiration of your subscription. Here is a link to a chart with all version details for your reference: https://www.thebrain.com/store/compare-editions

I would recommend to join us for our weekly 101 Web Class. This free web event is the best way to get started on your Brain quickly. We cover all the basics so you will be able to get going on your own Brain quickly. We also take specific questions so you get a live demo of any aspect of the product that interests you. You can pop in and out at any time. It’s a great way to learn about all the features and there is a live Q&A where our host demonstrates your questions. The Q&A alone makes it worth attending.
