Anti-MuSK

Transmembrane tyrosine kinase that highly expressed at the postsynaptic membrane of the neuromuscular junction, where it binds to LRP4 to facilitate clustering of AChR.

These patients are predominantly women and have more rapid onset of severe facial, respiratory, and bulbar weakness; frequent crises; as well as more muscular atrophy.
