Hat'va

A confection made by grinding nuts and seeds until the oil begins to render out, then mixed with sugar and spices, and allowed to set. Not originally of Au’Kael origin, but very popular amongst them. It comes in many styles and flavors, given the abundance of seeds and nuts in their cuisine. A popular local variety in Afyon utilizes Rose Water and Saffron
