Alpaj

A type of sandwich cookie in which a very rich, heavily flavorful cream is spread between two lightly-sweet, yet rather plain, wafers. These are some of the most common types of Au’Kael desserts, and come in a wide variety of flavors. It is a typical custom for friends and families to gift them to the children, especially around holidays or special occasions.
