Herb Stock

With the abundance of wild aeromatic herbs growing throughout the Veldt, herb broths and stocks are a favorite dish and usually accompany many meals. If the broths are served on their own, they are typically served in cups and sipped like tea, typically as an appetizer . If the broths have things like chopped vegetables or proteins in it, then they tend to be served in bowls as a more distinct meal course, or as a stand-alone meal.
