Lora
A drink which is made by taking the remaining pomace from wine making, adding water to it, and then lightly fermenting it to make a very light wine-like beverage that is low in alcohol, and thus is drunk regularly by farmers or laborers during the day. This drink can be "seasoned" with the addition of wine vinegar, honey, or infusing with herbs and fruits. It is a popular daytime drink on hot days. Like most wine-making products, the word and techniques are originally from western Avea.
