Kael Salad

Generally just called “mixed greens” by most Au’Kael, it is a dish that originated in eastern Kael, and remains popular throughout the region. Many flavorful leafy vegetables and aromatic herbs are tossed in a Taheen Dressing, then garnished with nuts, seeds, and bits of dried fruit.

(Yes, this is totally a pun on the name "Kale Salad")
