Victory Place

<p>Bill Hoedebeck, resource co-ordinator at Victory Place, said he appreciates the women’s efforts. Victory Place has 75 homeless veterans, including 60 over the age of 55, while the remaining residents are younger and suffer mental and physical disabilities.</p>
