Please provide a list of the mailboxes that are set up in our Microsoft 365 tenant, by type of mailbox:

User mailboxes

Shared mailboxes

Group mailboxes

Distribution groups

Resource mailboxes

Hey Kevin,

Here you go, the first xlsx document should cover user mailboxes, shared mailboxes.

The Rebalance groups xlsx has the M365, distribution lists, and Mail enabled security groups listed.

There are no resource mailboxes to report.
