- Assist Cole in setting up phone for Jessica
Cole shared info.
Cytracom very similar to Vonage. Automated Attendant, Press 1 for Customer Service, rings Cole’s number, if he doesn’t pick up, gets routed to Gorgias which has its own call tree, caters for multiple agents, etc.
All calls reaching Gorgias generate a ticket. Voice messages are transcribed.
4/12: No Wifi setup evident on the device, a Cytracom D2.

Note: This is a paid feature per device and will need to be enabled before these options are available. Have a System Administrator make the request to enable wi-fi at billing@cytracom.com

1 10 Digit DID at a monthly rate of $2.95 USD each.
Extension number(s): 202.
I understand that all services are subject to applicable taxes and fees based on my location. I confirm my authorization for you to bill all services to our company on-file payment method.
