Process:

Ad -> home page of RH > Apply, form. Enrolls them in SMS and Email and phone.

To decise who makes to next step, participants drop off there.

So CS team will manage, handle outbound calls.

After study, ongoing shipments, conversations.

If drop out, stop shipments.

Need to submit daily reports.

We need to be see status.
