Subject: Alert: Enable SMTP services on server Cloned-marketing
Hi there,
I, the CloudwaysBot, am here to inform you about an important event regarding your Cloudways server. During our routine checkup, we have noticed that you have not enabled SMTP addon on your server Cloned-marketing.
You can enable SMTP addon anytime from the platform for reliable email delivery from your cloud server. Elastic Email is one of the recommended email services to use with the addon.
Feel free to get in touch with the support team via Live Chat for questions/comments.
Thank you,
CloudwaysBot

Hi Justin,
I will look into these messages and find out if we actually need to do anything, or if we can ignore them / turn them off.

Hello Paradigm team,
Sorry to bother you, but I don't want to take any unilateral action with Cloudways regarding these messages about enabling SMTP services.
Does anything actually need to be done?
Or can we ignore them, in which case I assume I should reach out to Cloudways to turn off the messages.
Thanks.
James: We do not need as those Domains have no emails associated
Amy: We use Brevo for SMTP, Muhammad can chime in but we should not need that setting turned on.
kms: Thank you James and Amy.
I will ask Cloudways to stop sending these reminders.

Hi Justin,
I confirmed with the Paradigm team that we do not need to enable this service.
Then I logged into Cloudways and turned off notifications for SMTP Add-on suggestions.
You should no longer receive these emails. But please let me know if you do.
Thanks.
Justin: Thank you.
