1935-06-07: Dave Williams, proprietor of the Texaco service station on 2nd street, is announcing the purchase of the Conoco station adjoining his present station. Mr. Williams will handle both Texaco and Conoco products separately in both stations as heretofore.

Diagonally across 2nd & G is a gas station at 224 2nd. Perhaps considered adjacent? Quinn’s service station down the block at 124 F is another possibility, However, the 1939 Sanborn map shows several building between those two, but if those buildings were part of repair or storage of one of the stations, then adjacent works.
