1979-06-14: Mary and Joe Wyles, owners of the Union 76 gas station and cafe in Four Lakes since last October, have opened a convenience store which handles everything but meat and produce.

The Wyles have been busy this spring constructing the new store themselves. They formerly operated a food store at Stevenson, WA. The new store at Four Lakes will be open every day from 8 am. to 9 pm. A produce stand featuring goods from the Yakima Valley will be parked in front of the store this summer.
