Derek Baziotis

Derek Baziotis is the son of a successful Spokane restauranteur. Having grown up in the business, he struck out with wife, Alexx, opening Bene’s restaurant at 24 West 1st Street in 2017.

He purchased/leased(?) the building at 401 1st Street in 2022 to open small seating space but specializing in take away service.
