1888-03-02 - Mr. Joe O'Donnell has disposed of his interests at Davenport and is now in charge of the hardware store here belonging to the McNeilly estate. He will soon purchase the stock and remain in Cheney in the hardware business.

1888-03-02 - J.F. O'Donnell has purchased the stock at Cheney of Isaac McNeilly, deceased, and will sell it at cost. It will consist of hardware, tinware, stoves, Glidons' barbwire, and blacksmiths' material of all kinds. Mr. O'Donnell will hereafter conduct the business. He is well and favorably known throughout the country, having been with McNeilly almost ever since he started, having charge of his branch store at Davenport. He is a young man with extraordinary business talent and will be a credit to the town of Cheney. - Northwest Tribune.
