The wooden buildings using this address were demolished. A one-story brick building was completed for Wargi-Tollefson in 1945. That business used the address 317 1st. The building also housed Edgett Bros and Jarms Hardware. After Jarms moved in 1975, the building was used whole by several businesses, but was later split into two businesses on the ground floor using 317 and 313, and finally a night club was installed in the basement, which was designated 317.5 until 2011 when it became 315 1st.
