Ford & Baker Grocery, aka Ford & Brittian

1888-04-20 - O.S. Ford has purchased the grocery conducted by B.O. Gibson and invites you to call and see him. Mr. Ford has long been in business in Cheney, and our citizens has always found him upright in business.

1888-04-27 - O.S. Ford has rented the building on the corner opposite the bank and will move his stock of groceries into the same as soon as possible.

1888-05-04 - Mr. O.S. Ford, successor to B.O. Gibson, has moved his grocery store into the building on the corner opposite Percival & Andrus' real estate office.

1890-03-06 - Mr. J.S. Ford has sold half interest in his grocery to Mr. C.W. Baker, and the firm will be known hereafter as Ford & Baker.

1890-07-08 - Dissolution Notice: Notice is hereby given that the co-partnership heretofore existing between J.A. Ford and C.W. Baker is this day dissolved by mutual consent. And C.W. Baker retiring from said firm and A. Brittain enters said firm which firm will hereafter be known as Ford & Brittain. All debts due the firm of Ford & Baker will be collected by the firm of Ford & Brittain and all debts paid by them. Dated Cheney 8 July 1890.

1890-08-22 - Ford & Brttian is the choice or groceries. Ford & Brittian are going to remove to the Melville block Monday next.
