1913-08-07: Nick O. Johnson, proprietor of the new Normal Bakery, has completed his brick oven and is prepared to turn out everything in his line.

1913-12-18: Nick Johnson, proprietor of the Normal Bakery, sold his interest to J.F. Lackhart of Oakesdale, who will take immediate possession.
