1991-10-24: The County Seat Restaurant, a fixture at Cheney's north end for better than six years is about to change hands. Owner Amy Jo Melville Sooy sold the business to Manny and Jeanette English of Tacoma. The Englishs plan to have their daughter and son-in-law manage the business.
