Kyle Pugh Park
1962-07-13: One of the two small triangle parks near the intersection of North Sixth and Elm streets has been dedicated to the Late Kyle Pugh Sr., who was city utilities superintendent for many years until his death last year. The action was taken Tuesday evening by the City Council.
Formation of the two triangle parks was Pugh's idea. The other triangle previously was dedicated to the late Sam Webb.

1965-Jun-25: No Better Tribute. No better tribute could be paid Kyle Pugh Sr., late long-time city employee than the dedication of one of the small triangle parks at 6th and Elm streets. Kyle had long advocated developing the two areas as safe playfields for smaller children. This memorial was paid for out of funds donated following Kyle's death four years ago. The other triangle park was dedicated to the late Sam Webb, Cheney Pioneer.

More of a green-space to create better traffic flow where one section of the pie shaped street plan intersects another at Elm. The park has lawn, Ponderosa pine, deciduous trees, and small landscaping with a metal sign.
