I heard Andy Grove speak at a conference on the future held at De Anza College Flint Center. I found him to be well-educated yet humble.

In a Q&A after his prepared remarks, I recall him wondering aloud why employees weren't more loyal to their employers, followed by his recognition that employers hadn't been very loyal to their employees.
