Status entitlement

An entitlement may be prospective, i.e. allowing the credential holder to apply for higher level educational programmes (e.g. Masters after the completion of a Bachelor degree); or actual, i.e. the credential holder having earned the right to practice an occupation (e.g. nurse or engineer).
